Anti-SSTR3 Antibody (A334484)

Immunohistochemical localization of Somatostatin Receptor 3 (SST3) in neuronal cilia. Brain sections were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and stained with anti-SST3 antibody (A334484) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and lightly counterstained with hematoxylin. SST3 receptors were uniformly detected at the plasma membrane of neuronal cilia.

Detection of Somatostatin Receptor 3 (SST3) in mouse brain by immunohistochemistry. Brain sections from SST3-deficient (SST3-KO) and wild-type (SST3-WT) mice were dewaxed, microwaved in citric acid, and stained with anti-SST3 antibody (A334484) at 1:100, followed by biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG and avidin-biotin solution. Sections were developed with 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-glucose oxidase and lightly counterstained with hematoxylin. SST3 receptors were observed at the plasma membrane of small rod-shaped neuronal cilia in SST3-WT but not in SST3-KO mice.

Immunocytochemical analysis of Somatostatin Receptor 3 (SST3) in transfected HEK293 cells. HEK293 cells stably expressing mouse SST3 were untreated or treated with 1 µM SRIF for 30 min and stained with anti-SST3 antibody (A334484) at 1:200. SST3 receptors were localized to the plasma membrane in untreated cells (0 min) and in perinuclear vesicular clusters after 30 min of SRIF exposure.

Western blot confirmation of Somatostatin Receptor 3 (SST3) in transfected HEK293 cells. Lysates from native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or cells stably expressing mouse SST3 were immunoblotted with anti-SST3 antibody (A334484) at 1:1000.
