Immunoprecipitation - Anti-TLS/FUS Antibody (A295421)

Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Anti-TLS / FUS Antibody (A295421) was used for IP at 3 µg per reaction. TLS / FUS was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-TLS /FUS recombinant monoclonal antibody and a different rabbit polyclonal anti-TLS / FUS antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated TLS / FUS, the rabbit anti-TLS /FUS recombinant monoclonal antibody was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
