Mouse monoclonal [1H4] antibody to ICAM1.

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD54, a 85-110 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein (receptor for rhinovirus) expressed on activated endothelial cells, T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, and dendritic cells. The expression of CD54 is upregulated by activation.

IHC-Fr: 5-10 µg/ml, IHC-P: 10 µg/ml; prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. High temperature antigen unmasking technique is required, Flow Cytometry: 1-4 µg/ml.
