The levels of SAH and SAM in L02 (A1: FL1-H for SAH, A2: FL4-H for SAM), HepG2 (B1: FL1-H for SAH, B2: FL4-H for SAM), K562 (C1: FL1-H for SAH, C2: FL4-H for SAM), and MCF (D1: FL1-H for SAH, D2: FL4-H for SAM) cell lines cultured for 24 hours and 48 hours, respectively from FC stained with Flow Cytometry Assay Kit 1 for S-Adenosylhomocysteine (Cat # FK00301) and this kit. Cells were used for analysis with BD FACS Calibur Flow Cytometer. Colour legend: Green: 48h blank; Orange: 24h blank; Blue: 48h test cell line; Red: 24h test cell line.
