This antibody recognises sheep IgG heavy and light chains. Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum, sheep IgG and sheep serum.
Supplied in 0.02M Potassium Phosphate with 0.15M Sodium Chloride and 0.01% Sodium Azide.
Stockage
Shipped at ambient temperature. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Short term (up to 4 weeks): store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended.
