Coomassie brilliant blue stained SDS-PAGE gel of Recombinant Human alpha Internexin Protein (A270567), and various other full length recombinant human proteins. The lanes contain samples of: [1] Protein standards, [2] 1 µg of Recombinant Human Peripherin Protein (A270574), [3] 1 µg of Recombinant Human alpha Internexin Protein (A270567), [4] 1 µg of Recombinant Human Vimentin Protein (A270578), and [4] 1 µg of Recombinant Human 68kDa Neurofilament Protein (A270573) (labelled as NF-L). In each case the proteins run approximately 5 kDa slower than the native protein due to the addition of the His-tag and other vector-derived sequences.
