ELISA plates were pre-coated with Recombinant Human CD27 Protein (Fc Tag) (A318253) at 2 µg/ml (100 µl/well) which can bind Varlilumab Biosimilar - Anti-CD27 Antibody - BSA and Azide free (A318938) in a linear range of 3.2-80.0 ng/ml. In order to specifically detect Varlilumab Biosimilar - Anti-CD27 Antibody - BSA and Azide free (A318938), Mouse Anti-Human Fab Antibody was used as detection antibody.
