Serial diluted Anti-Claudin 6 Humanized Antibody [IMAB027] - Azide free (A318880) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-Claudin 6 Humanized Antibody [IMAB027] - Azide free (A318880) binding with CLDN6 full length membrane nanoparticles is 34.36 µg/ml.

FACS analysis of Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Claudin 6 Protein (A318491): A. Negative Control 1: Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Claudin 6 Protein (A318491) samples were stained only with Goat Anti-Human lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). B. Negative Control 2: Control membrane nanoparticles samples were stained with Anti-Claudin 6 Humanized Antibody [IMAB027] - Azide free (A318880) at 2 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Human lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). C. Negative Control 3: Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Claudin 6 Protein (A318491) samples were stained with Anti-GPRC5D Antibody (an irrelevant antibody) at 2 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Human lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). D. Synthetic Membrane Nanoparticle Human Claudin 6 Protein (A318491) samples were stained with Anti-Claudin 6 Humanized Antibody [IMAB027] - Azide free (A318880) at 2 µg/ml, followed by Goat Anti-Human lgG Antibody (Alexa Fluor 488).
