ELISA plates were pre-coated with Synthetic Nanodisc Human CCR4 Protein (A318474) (0.2 µg/well). Serial diluted Anti-CCR4 Humanized Antibody [Mogamulizumab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318876) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From this data, the EC50 for Anti-CCR4 Monoclonal Antibody binding with CCR4-Nanodisc is 40.3 µg/ml.
