ELISA plates were added with Synthetic Nanodisc Human CD20 Protein (A318471) (0.2 µg/per well) on an Anti-Flag Tag Antibody pre-coated (0.5 µg/per well) plate. Serial diluted Anti-CD20 Humanized Antibody [Obinutuzumab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318814) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-CD20 Monoclonal Antibody binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human CD20 Protein (A318471) is 514.4 µg/ml.
