ELISA plates were pre-coated with Synthetic Nanodisc Human CD37 Protein (A318458) (0.2 µg/well). Serial diluted Anti-CD37 Chimeric Antibody [Naratuximab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318910) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From this data, the EC50 for Anti-CD37 Monoclonal Antibody binding with CD37-Nanodisc is 23.06 µg/ml.
