ELISA plates were added with Flag Tag Synthetic Nanodisc Human GPRC5D Protein (A318486) (0.5 µg/per well) on an Anti-Flag Tag Antibody pre-coated (0.5 µg/per well) plate. Serial diluted Anti-GPRC5D Antibody [DM90] (Biotin) - Azide free (A318615) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-GPRC5D Antibody [DM90] (Biotin) - Azide free (A318615) binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human GPRC5D Protein (A318486) is 32.86 µg/ml.
